By accessing or using the North Workflow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and administrators.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately at contact@northworkflow.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.

North Workflow does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time, which may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions, but we are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

All content, features, and functionality of the North Workflow platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of North Workflow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Workflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

North Workflow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
